MID-ATLANTIC REGIONAL NEWSLETTER 2010
We certainly give the King of kings much praise for a wonderful Christmas season and for the special joy of celebrating Him with family and friends. What a glorious thought and consolation – Emmanuel, God with us! The God of Shekinah glory now tabernacles with us. He has moved into our neighborhoods, and we are so thankful. Could you just imagine if He had come? Therefore, I remain thankful and joyful that He remembered us and He chose to come and camp out with us. The long night of our darkness has receded and all of Adam’s fallen race can now be raised up and redeemed. No wonder the angels rejoiced declaring “Glory to God in the Highest and on earth peace and good will toward man” – Luke 2:14. In spite of all the sadness and gloom that seek to envelop our twenty-first world, we still rejoice as we rapidly move in another decade of time’s swift passing. With greatest anticipation and excitement we salute 2010, “Looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ” – Titus 2:13.
Seasons of Seeking Please be reminded that the Church of God of Prophecy is encouraged to observe 21 days of Prayer and Fasting during the month of January 2010. What an awesome way to begin the New Year. This invitation for worldwide prayer comes from our General Overseer, Randy Howard. Each local church is strongly urged to be a part of this world-wide prayer effort. Not only is the Church of God of Prophecy involved in this initiative but many other churches and organizations all around the world will be

Thank You All So Very Much Thank you all so very much for your wonderful expressions of love to Chris and I during 2009. We especially want to thank those who worked so hard to put the special cruise package together for our family just after Regional Convention. It was our very first cruise and we all enjoyed an amazing time! Our Christmas was made that much more special because of your loving kindness to us. We remain always grateful for every act of kindness. May the good Lord continue to bless and keep you! The Greenaways
